Leave the A38 at the dockyard exit.

Turn left at the bottom of the slip road, after 1.5 miles you will come to a set of traffic lights with a fire station on your left.

Proceed through the lights and keep in the left hand lane as you approach the next set of lights in about 100 mtrs.

Turn left and drive for about 1.5 miles.

At the third set of lights turn right, we are at the end of the road through the green gates.
